Practice:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Take the back of your left hand and put it on your kidneys. Look over your left shoulder. Try to get your chin over your left shoulder. Reach for your left ear with your right palm. Inhale. Pull your right elbow back as you exhale. Repeat this on the right side. This is one repetition.
