King Shakes his Body
Benefits:
Stimulates and shakes the 5 yin and yang organs.
Stimulates lower body circulation.
Stimulates and strengthens the tendons and muscles in the knees and ankles.
Energizes immune system and all the organs.
Practice:
Rub hands together briskly and place them on the kidneys. Inhale. Stand on tippy toes. Land the weight of the body onto the heels as you exhale. Continue 9 times.
