Form 1:
Two Hands Hold up the Heavens
Benefits:
Regulates the San Jiao (Triple burner) respiration, digestion and elimination.
Stimulates and strengthens the bones, muscles and tendons in the ankles and knees.
Energizes heart, lungs, stomach and liver.
Practice:
Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Interlace fingers together. Raise hands over head, palms up, inhaling using the Fire Path Qigong Breathing. Stand on tip toes while extending arms above head.
Keep hands over head and lean to the left. Exhale. Return to center lift your heels and inhale with arms over head, lower heels reach right. Repeat.
