Cat Gazes at the Moon

Benefits:

  • Stimulates, expands and contracts the lungs to reduce the fire in the heart.

  • Stimulates and strengthens the tendons and muscles in the hips, Knees and ankles.

  • Energizes heart and waist.

Practice:

Place your hands on your knees. Inhale as you lift your head and arch your back. Exhale and bend over as you pull you chin to your chest. Inhale, lift your head and ach the back. Exhale and twist while looking over the right shoulder. Repeat on the other side.
