Benefits:

Practice:

  • Stand with feet outside shoulder width apart.

  • Hold an imaginary ball in front of the navel.

  • Shift to right leg with knee over the center of the foot, be sure you see your toes in front of knee.

  • From your waist turn your chest to the right wall and float the ball to eye level as you inhale

  • If your hips are tight, you may lift your left heal and pivot on the ball of your foot.

  • Shift back to center and float ball back to the navel as you exhale

  • Repeat to the other side.
