Practice:
Swing arms forward from a crouched position rising as you inhale and shifting weight to balls of feet.
Lift heels slightly. Keep inhaling as you drop arms, let momentum move arms.
As your arms float forward catch an imaginary ball
Exhale through nose and mouth and drop to your heels.
(notice how your diaphragm pushes out the stagnant air in lungs.
