Monkey Leaps from a Tree

Benefits:

Practice:

  • Swing arms forward from a crouched position rising as you inhale and shifting weight to balls of feet.

  • Lift heels slightly. Keep inhaling as you drop arms, let momentum move arms.

  • As your arms float forward catch an imaginary ball

  • Exhale through nose and mouth and drop to your heels.

  • (notice how your diaphragm pushes out the stagnant air in lungs.
