The 10 Points of Awareness

  1. Lift the head

  2. Drop the Shoulders

  3. Hollow chest

  4. Elbows drill out

  5. Push back the kidneys

  6. Breathe into the lower abdomen

  7. Tuck tailbone under slightly

  8. Trigger middle finger

  9. Knees drill in

  10. Feet grip the earth

These points will guide you to correct alignment, assuring the abdomen is relaxed and that qi will move smoothly through the small circuit.
